Aaron Schooler brings more than 12 years of deep, hands-on expertise in laboratory informatics and enterprise scientific software to his role as Enterprise Architect - Life Sciences at LEAP. Working directly with clinical diagnostic laboratories, research institutions, and life sciences companies, Aaron designs and implements scalable, compliant laboratory operations with particular depth in LIMS, ELN, and the broader ecosystem of technologies that support modern lab workflows -- spanning next-generation sequencing, antibody discovery, clinical diagnostics, bioanalysis, and bioprocessing.

Prior to joining LEAP, Aaron held leadership roles at Sapio Sciences, where he built and managed a technical services organization of more than 30 professionals. In that role, he developed solutions for enterprise clinical and research organizations worldwide and oversaw deployments supporting anywhere from 100 to 1,000 users in a single implementation.
What sets Aaron apart is the rare combination of scientific depth and systems fluency. He understands not just how laboratory software is configured, but how labs actually operate -- which means clients get an architect who can connect technology decisions to real workflow outcomes.
When not helping labs achieve their goals, Aaron spends time at the lake fishing, boating, and jetskiing with his beloved wife and daughter. Tennis is his sport of choice to play and exploration and hiking through the forest is his method of meditation. Also, if you ever want to discuss PC hardware or gaming, he is well vetted.
