Josh brings 25+ years leading digital strategy and digital asset development to his role as Managing Partner at LEAP Consulting, the last 15 focused on regulated industries: healthcare, finance, and telecom. Josh has been recognized for his strategic vision, innovative thinking, and ability to drive positive change through technology by healthcare and business organizations, such as Ernst & Young, ONC, ACHE, NJBIZ, and Forbes.

Prior to founding Leap in 2010, Josh was a founding CTO at a pioneering wireless data startup from 1994-2001, and from 2001-2010, Josh held the Chief Technology / Product / Executive officer titles in venture-backed companies. Josh’s operational roles were in telecom, digital-payments, gaming, digital media, and e-commerce.
Josh is passionate about using technology to make the world a happier, easier, and better place – and sees digital initiatives as the way to get there. He is impassioned about advising his clients’ executives on their digital initiatives while also managing LEAP’s software engineering practice. Importantly, Josh also deeply cares about his people and is focused on preserving LEAP’s boutique culture and small team atmosphere.
Outside of work, Josh spends time helping community organizations develop their use of technology and cultivate digital communities in operations and outreach. Josh is also one of those summer camp people.
Josh is a graduate of Yeshiva University. He resides in New Jersey together with his wife and four children.
