At NYSCLA 2025, Leap’s very own Josh Kramer shared how labs can leverage software, automation, and AI to address some of the sector’s most pressing challenges—scaling operations, reducing unbillables, and cutting down TNPs.
Josh was joined by Heather E. Williams (PhD, MBA, MS, PgD, ErCLG, CG(ASCP)MB) and Victoria Karcz, who also had a great time connecting with fellow industry leaders shaping the future of diagnostics.
We would like to extend a special thank you to Jane Pine Wood, Noah Ginsberg, and the entire New York State Clinical Laboratory Association board for curating such a thoughtful and engaging meeting. We’re grateful for the exchange of ideas at this year’s conference and are already looking forward to the next!
