Antony leverages his rich background in product development and product management for LEAP clients. As head of delivery, Antony is responsible for all LEAP projects, working directly with clients, and overseeing our team of specialists across disciplines.

Prior to joining LEAP, Antony held several product and software leadership roles, building telecom, media, and performance digital platforms. Antony developed a wide range of expertise in consumer digital, enterprise software, mobile development, and full-lifecycle device development for both startups and established businesses.
Engineering is Antony’s passion. At LEAP, he’s an engineering generalist who prides himself in being equally skilled in communicating with executives and developers. When Antony is not working, he’s still engineering-centric as both a pilot and certified scuba diver.
Antony studied management information systems at University of Arizona, Eller College of Management, and psychology at Hofstra University. He’s married, has two children, and lives in New Jersey with their 10-year-old terrier rescue, Maggie.
