Raina joined LEAP nearly a decade ago and now holds the position of healthcare practice lead. In this role, Raina leads and manages LEAP’s healthcare client engagements, ensuring clients’ needs are understood and met. Raina partners with client C-suite and operational teams to drive ideation, innovation, and implementations in patient-facing digital healthcare solutions. As part of her leadership role, Raina brings to clients best-of-breed approaches, tool sets, and vendors while ensuring stakeholders are informed and have a voice throughout a project’s lifecycle.

Prior to joining LEAP, Raina worked in sports and entertainment with New Jersey Devils Arena Entertainment at the Prudential Center where she was charged with creating first-class experiences for season ticket holders, players, coaches, and the community.
Raina saw the convergence of three of her passions during covid: healthcare, technology, and sports. These seemingly different worlds came together as LEAP supported clients on the frontlines with digital solutions and covid testing used by sports teams across the country, including in the Disney World bubble which housed the NBA and several other leagues.
Raina is a graduate of Rutgers University. She’s both left- and right-brained as evidenced by how she spends her time when she’s not talking tech at LEAP. Raina is a registered yoga teacher with over 200 hours of training, loves to travel, enjoys photography, and needed a creative outlet during COVID when none of these were possible. So, Raina began renovating a 1976 land yacht airstream and hopes to bring it cross-country one day on her quest to visit all the state parks in the U.S.
